Common questions

How do I connect my calendar?

Schedule tab → Calendars → Manage, then connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. MakeItFit only reads busy/free time spans to avoid double-booking; your trainer or client only ever sees “Busy”, never event details.

How do booked sessions get into my calendar?

Turn on “Add confirmed sessions to my calendar” in the same Calendars sheet. Booked sessions appear as “Training with …” and update automatically when rescheduled or cancelled. Turning the toggle off removes the upcoming events it created.

How does booking work?

Clients tap a free slot on the day planner to send a booking request; the trainer gets a push notification and approves it in Schedule → Requests. Trainers can book a client directly from any free window. Approved sessions land on both calendars.

How do I switch between trainer and client mode?

Avatar menu → Account → Role.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MakeItFit, or in the App Store app. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Avatar menu → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate; see the privacy policy for exactly what is removed and what bookkeeping law requires us to retain.
